Do you need to wash the aromatherapy machine?

Now the aromatherapy machine has become household small home appliances. Especially in autumn and winter, when air conditioning is turned on in summer.

The aromatherapy machine breaks down essential oils into nano-scale cold mist with a diameter of 0.1-5 microns in diameter through ultrasonic shocks, which radiates the surrounding air, humidifying the room and purifying the air and magnetic field.

As time goes by, coupled with a humid environment, residual essential oils will become viscous due to oxidation. Especially some citrus essential oils, resin essential oil oxidation reaction will be more obvious. After oxidation of essential oils, not only does not have the effect of  bactericidal, but also becomes a nutritional source of bacteria.

In addition, these pollutants will also precipitate, blocking the vents, affecting the normal use of aromatherapy machine. So for your aromatic life, please clean the aromatherapy machine once a week.

Since ultrasonic aromatherapy machines are aromatherapy devices, we do not recommend cleaning with chemicals. Here we share a natural, simple, practical cleaning method.

Step 1: Disconnect the power Supply Safety first, always disconnect the power supply before cleaning the aromatherapy machine.

Step 2: Add water: The amount of water added should be below the maximum water level.

Step 3: Add a little vinegar: aromatherapy machine residual essential oil oxides, with white vinegar can effectively break down these substances.

Step 4: Turn on the aromatherapy machine, turn on the power supply. Let the aromatherapy machine run for ten minutes. Let the ultrasound fully shake.

Step 5: Pour out the water (vinegar solution) in the aromatherapy machin. Turn off  the aromatherapy machine, disconnect the power plug. And pour the water out of the machine. Step 6: Wipe inside and outside: Use a towel or cotton chip, get vinegar. Wipe the inside and outside of the aromatherapy machine.

Step 7: Wipe clean: With a dry towel, paper towel or cotton chip, dry the aromatherapy machine.

After these you can enjoy the good smell brought by the machine!
